This was a beautiful spacious and clean home. The kitchen was a great space to cook meals. And the pool was perfect after the day at the beach. Be sure to rent bikes to easily ride around town.

Great location. Close to many great restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. The pool is a little smaller than we anticipated. We were thankful to have it because the beach was so crowded (4th of July week!). The one seagrove beach access sits between 2 private beaches leaving less space for the general public. We had to wash towels a couple times. There are only 2 bath towels in each bathroom. Since there were only 4 of us, this was ok but would've been tough for a larger group over a week stay.

Thank you for staying with us! We’re so glad you enjoyed the great Seagrove location, the easy walk to the beach, and having the pool during a very busy 4th of July week. Seagrove is actually one of the best areas along 30A for beach access, with multiple public access points nearby — more than many other communities along 30A. That said, holiday weeks are some of the busiest times of the year, so the beaches can definitely feel more crowded than usual. We also appreciate your feedback on the towels. We stock bath towels according to the confirmed guest count, and we also provide beach towels for guest use. The home has a washer and dryer available as well, which is helpful for longer stays. We’re happy you enjoyed your stay overall and would love to host you again!

Beautiful House - Great location

We had a great stay at the house! It’s very beautiful and comfortable, with a great location close to the beach in a quiet area. Communication with the host was amazing… always quick and helpful. We’d definitely come back!

This house is amazing!! Pool size is small but was perfect for us and our little ones. Golf cart was so handy to get around!! And the short walk to the beach was amazing! Chelsea was great to work with and very responsive!!

Couldn't be better

The property is amazing. Very close to the beach. Heated pool. BBQ, beach gear, beach chairs, cooler ... all available for use. Owners very responsive to requests/questions. Within walking distance of 30A. Includes large 6-seater cart!

Girls beach trip

There were several details that we had to address- no batteries in tv remote controls, no garbage bags, trash had not been emptied, microwave and toaster didn’t work…but the host was very responsive and quick to help work things out. The layout of the house is really good for large groups and the location was really convenient to beach, shopping, and restaurants.

I also appreciate your kind words about my responsiveness. I’m sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. The previous guest forgot to take the trash out to the curb, and since pickup wasn’t scheduled for your arrival day, I arranged for it to be hauled off as quickly as possible. We’ve since added a new curb trash service to handle this for guest moving forward. As for the garbage bags, I’ve followed up with our cleaning team to ensure that a full roll is under the sink and easy to find. The microwave was tested after your departure and is working properly, though we’ll continue to monitor it just to be sure. We truly value your feedback—it helps us improve and provide the best experience possible. Thank you again for staying with us!

Would stay again

The pros:I really loved the location of this rental.The management was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.I love the overall layout of the house.The golf cart included was just amazing!! The cons:The pool is actually way smaller in person. The beach access nearby (hence why we booked this location) was closed for construction. This should have been disclosed at least a month before check in- we were told only a few days before our reservation. The county will typically give months of notice to homeowners so they were aware.(But having the golf cart included made up for it and there were other beach access that aren’t too far) The cleanliness is a bit of a concern. Found vape cartridge by the bedframe, our feet was black by the end of the night just from walking barefoot inside the house, some of the dishes had some dried food particles. Despite all that, I honestly would still stay in this rental if the price is right cause I liked the management, the house, location, and the golf cart!. Just hope they can get different cleaners next time!

It was a beautiful home with plenty of space for all of us! Great location right across the street from beach access and loved riding around on the golf cart. Pool was smaller than expected and not much parking, but would definitely stay there again!
