The property was very well kept and clean. Only dirty/dusty places were under furniture - we only know because our son's toys would roll under. The property owner thought of everything! They had supplied hand soap, dish soap, Ziploc baggies, paper towels, etc. - things we wouldn't think to pack. They also supplied us with beach chairs, toys, and a wagon! It was super thoughtful and helpful. The keypad into the condo was very easy to navigate. Also appreciated that the front patio screen door locked - this was more comforting as we would let beach supplies there to dry. The parking lot has numerous spaces to park; no fighting for a spot necessary! The short walk to the beach made getting things to/from there easy - it was also short enough for a toddler to manage! The decor was super cute and really made the condo feel like a home.
