From this apartment, you’re a 10-15 minute walk from Wrigley field, 15-20 minutes from the Lakefront, Lincoln Park, and all the Lakefront trails, and have major transportation access including trains and buses within a 7 minute walk so you can access Chicago Museums and explore the city. We're in the heart of the Belmont Theatre district and Walking distance to the hospital and countless restaurants, shopping, and nightlife attractions. Street Parking Available.

The space
My recently renovated apartment is in one of Chicago's hottest neighborhoods (Lakeview). The building was built in 1884, before this area was formally annexed into Chicago (in 1889)! While records no longer exist, the building has been converted several times since then with this apartment being added sometime in the 1930's or 1940's. You'll see from the photos that it's been updated quite a bit since back then boasting modern furniture and amenities with a new marble shower. While refreshing this space, we kept an eye on preserving original details of the space to give you a unique blend of historical charm with modern conveniences....

Guest access
You'll be given access to the full apartment. The common spaces that are shared with other guests/tenants of the building include a utility space with laundry in the building. There is also a small backyard space.

Easy permit parking is available on the street (usually right out front) and passes can be provided for a small fee.

Other things to note
There may be other tenants or guests within the building so we ask that you keep volume levels to a minimum especially between 10pm - 8am.
