Any colony fines will be deducted from your deposit. The sand dunes are fragile, please no walking on the dunes. Fires are not permitted on the beach.
Please park in the garage or in the space marked 176 with parking permit on rear view mirror. Trailers, campers, RVs & boats are not allowed.
Skateboards, skates, bicycles or scooters are not allowed on boardwalks. Please put trash into cans marked #176, excess in sealed bags on top.

Our three generation family’s second time at this well-equipped property in a stunning beach location. With direct access to a long, wide beach to walk on, and a beautiful view of the bay (and occasional whales), this is a great location for a family vacation. Need more towels and house could use some ant traps etc - heat throughout the house was not very precise with each thermostat. nicely stocked with games and puzzles but bring your own toiletries- no shampoo etc provided and the soap that was provided never rinsed off. Oh well. Right on the beach so views were lovely. Tennis rackets /pickelball would have been nice addition. Pool was non functional ( found out three days before arriving-) did receive a minimal discount but the whole point of renting a place with amenities is to use them

Review response Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed the beachfront views. We do wish you had reached out during your stay, as several of the concerns you mentioned could have been quickly resolved. There are ant traps located under the kitchen sink, and additional towels could have been made available upon request. Tennis and pickleball rackets are also kept in the hall closet for guest use. Our home is regularly used by our family, and we aim to keep it well stocked and comfortable for both personal use and guests. That said, we appreciate your note about the soap and will look into finding a better option. Regarding the pool, we completely understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, this was an unplanned closure, and we learned about it the same day we notified you. While the pool was unavailable, other amenities—including the hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball court, volleyball court, and bocce ball—remained open. We did refund the full daily amenity fee in light of the inconvenience. We appreciate your input and will continue working to improve the guest experience. Karen

Consistently Exceptional!

This was our 7th time staying at this unit and there is a reason for our return year-after-year: it's just an all around great stay. Location so near to the beach, quiet surroundings, well-stocked kitchen gear, lots of space, clean, clear and prompt communication. We love this place!

Family Beach Trip

This was our third stay at this property. Our family and grandkids love the location and beach access. A very comfortable home with fantastic perks. Great local produce and not far from Monterey.

Wonderful property in a beautiful area. Very clean and well-kept. Instructions/communication with host were clear and easy. New years family get away

We took our four adult children to stay for a post holiday visit. We enjoyed staying right on the beach, and Monterey and Carmel were just a short drive away. Would definitely return again!

Great place on the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and the property worked perfectly for our family. The host gave us all the details we needed for a smooth checkin and how to access all the amenities. It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there.

This property is very unique as the beach and complex are very secluded. The beach is lightly used and offers walking, bird watching, whale watching, surf fishing and much more without putting on shoes. On the other hand you can explore the areas such as the Pinnacle Mountains and wineries to the east, Santa Cruz 30 minutes north and the towns of Monterey and Carmel 15 minutes south for more adventure and endless activities.
