Welcome to your perfect vacation escape! This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay — whether you're here for a weekend getaway, family vacation, or golf trip.

The Space:
Step inside to a warm and inviting living space with comfortable furnishings, an open-concept layout, and modern amenities. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of countertop space, and everything you need to whip up meals or enjoy takeout from nearby restaurants.

Bedrooms:
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bath
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds/day bed – great for kids or extra guests

All bedrooms include fresh linens, ample closet space, and cozy decor.

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms with plush towels, starter toiletries, hair dryer,
Master bath: Walk-in shower, separate toilet.
Second bath: Shower/Tub

Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside to your private backyard paradise! Cool off in the sparkling pool, lounge on the sun chairs, grill up something delicious, or challenge your friends and family to a friendly game on the private putting green. Perfect for golf lovers or anyone who enjoys a little outdoor fun.

Location and things to do:
The smaller town of Maricopa is located away from the big city but includes several golf courses. Southern Dunes and the Duke golf course are just a quick ride away. The Harrahs Casino, UltraStar Multi Entertainment Center at AK-Chin includes bowling alley, movie theatre and steak house as well as the casino. Nearby Chandler is only 16 miles away offering a variety of shopping and restaurants.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this adorable house. The backyard was amazing. We layed in the heated pool to get some sun, played putt putt, and sat around the fires at night. The host so helpful from the day we booked to after our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Beautiful 3 bedroom home with a full kitchen well equipped for cooking. We were very well satisfied with the home. The back yard had a wonderful pool area with a very nice seating area. We are looking forward to our next visit! The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. We highly recommend this home!
