Nice location but unresponsive property manager.

The property manage never responded to any of my messages. When we arrived the door was not closed and locked. I had to check all the rooms and closests to make sure no one was in the unit. The WiFi network provided did not exist, we had to use hot spots. The kitchen has a big ant problem. The location and the surrounding neighborhood are good.

Looks much better than the pictures. It is also on a free bus line to get downtown

The condo is much nicer than the pictures show. very pleasantly surprised. It is located very close to Carrboro which is a fun little town. It is also walking distance from the Bolin Creek Trail for running and hiking. There is also a free bus which stops in the condo complex which runs to downtown Chapel Hill. The condo complex is quiet and has tennis courts. The beds were comfortable but you might want to bring your own pilllows which is pretty standard for rentals. The cons were there was not much toliet paper and no soap in the showers. However I contacted the management and they brought some over. after we had been to the store to get some. The water pressure in the shower is good. The internet wifi- no problems. I would rent and stay here again.
