This luxury GULF FRONT 11th-floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only on-site management company.

Resort Amenities include gated entrance, tennis & pickleball courts, pool, fitness center, ample covered parking, private beach walkover and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with two well-furnished bedrooms: 1 king-sized bed in the primary ensuite, 1 queen and 1 full size beds in the guest ensuite. The living room also features a luxury queen-size sleeper sofa with an innerspring mattress, and linens are provided for additional sleeping options (limit up to 6 guests total)

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

The well-furnished kitchen includes dinnerware and drinkware, cookware, and more. Small appliances include a Keurig AND a traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE, which is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy; BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guests will find a complimentary gift in the unit upon arrival and two parking permits.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis & pickleball courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun. Equipment is available to rent on the beach.

Long Term Winter Guests Welcome!
-Cancellation Policy: Extended monthly stays (25+ days) require a 60-day notice prior to arrival for a full refund.
-Seasonal Maintenance Notice: Winter is the standard window for building maintenance, repairs, and property updates across coastal communities. To ensure a seamless stay, we post weekly updates on active projects via our Guest User Guide so you always know what to expect.

Important Details & House Rules

-Occupancy: Maximum 6 guests (including daytime visitors). No large groups or parties.
-Booking & Reservation Changes: Rates are calculated based on the details provided at the time of booking. Subsequent modifications to a reservation (such as guest count, including daytime visitors, or dates) may result in additional fees.
-No reservation changes to the guest count are permitted within 14 days of arrival.
-Age Requirement: Renter must be over 25 and occupying the unit for the duration of the reservation.
-Pet Policy: No pets or ESAs permitted. If traveling with an ADA service animal, host approval is required before booking.
-Local Guests: Local rentals (within 100 miles) are restricted; host approval is required before booking.
-No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony.
-Security: For guest safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera.
-Equipment Restrictions: No loading carts or large beach gear are allowed inside the unit.
-Beach Service: Complimentary beach service is provided; front-row placement is not guaranteed.
-Pool & Facilities: Managed independently by the resort complex. Temporary closures for routine maintenance may occur and are non-refundable. The pool and hot tub are heated only seasonally.
-Parking: Complimentary garage parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. No trailers, golf carts or campers permitted. There is VERY limited oversized (tall) vehicle parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.

A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. The agreement must list all occupants, including daytime visitors and overnight guests.
