Every detail - each portrait and framed painting - in this home tells a story. Amenities in this vacation rental include a formal sitting area with a work desk, a first floor bedroom with private ensuite bathroom, a formal dining area, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a powder room, and a fully equipped kitchen for your stay here in Bluffton, SC. Please note that the jet bathtub in the first-floor full bathroom is sit-down only. On the second floor you will find three additional bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, alongside an entertainment/loft space with a coffee/wine bar perfect for unwinding, hosting a game night, or just hanging out. An upstairs balcony and a front porch make for the perfect place to enjoy the Bluffton, SC Lowcountry breeze. Community amenities include a fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

One well behaved and housebroken dog is allowed with a $150 non-fundable pet fee. Reservations over 21 days will require a mid-stay clean for $150. When a reservation is made, a confirmation email with House Rules and Regulations for this specific property will be emailed and require guest signature prior to confirmation of reservation.

Prime location as you can walk to coffeehouse, boutiques, restaurants-- all just blocks away. The townhouse was roomy and beautifully decorated with bold, large-scale artwork. Smooth check-in and everything was as described.

We found this home to be excellent. Everything was 100% as advertised. It is right in Old Town Bluffton and an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. Check our Bluffton BBQ…….the food is excellent. Ted and his wife make you feel right at home. Take a walk down to the May River…..you’ll be glad you did. The Host were great, and easy to contact if needed…..we would certainly recommend this cottage…..

Excellent Location and Accommodations

We were just a block away from the old town square; close enough to stroll to the shops and restaurants in old town Bluffton but far enough away that even Captain Woody's rocking band couldn't break the silence. The wife and I had a quiet room downstairs and the kids had plenty of room to stay and play upstairs. I even enjoyed cooking on the gas stove (when we weren't out eating the local seafood). Just a short drive to Burke's Beach on Hilton Head Island, which had plenty of public parking (free after 5:00).

Wonderful stay in a coastal gem!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at this cozy coastal gem! We spent a long winter weekend here, and it was exactly what we needed to escape the hustle and bustle. My husband and I both enjoyed the unique, fun decor of the home, and the location was next-to-none. There were so many quaint shops and cafes to explore nearby, and we loved discovering the town’s hidden gems. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, even checking in to make sure we were comfortable. We’ll definitely be back next year. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful coastal getaway.
