Let the views and the location of this quintessential beach house in Nye Beach wow you! This charming ocean front home is perfectly located in historic Nye Beach where you can take a short stroll down to the sandy beach at what is known as the Nye Beach Turnaround or just meander through the shops and galleries or feast at the tasty eateries. This home has beautiful ocean views from the living room, dining room, and upstairs bedroom; with windows open you'll enjoy the sound of the waves crashing in the distance.

The main floor has an open floor concept - perfect for mingling while you cook or watch TV together. Comfortably furnished to sleep up to 6 guests, there are three bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom is on the main floor with a comfy Queen bed and access to its own bath. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms. Wake up to the fantastic ocean views from the King bed ~ you may never want to leave! Another bedroom with a Queen bed and a second bathroom is down the hall. The daylight basement has a TV/playroom which is perfect for the kids to hang out and relax, play games, watch movies, or look at the treasures that they found on the beach!

Spend time on the deck watching for whales, reading a good book, or just being mesmerized by the ocean. After a full day of exploration, you can take a dip in the hot tub and watch the horizon turn pink and the sun sink into the ocean. The Nye Beach House is the perfect jumping off point for exploration along the coast or just staying put and enjoying everything that the historic Nye Beach neighborhood has to offer.

We loved everything about the house; the location and view of the beach was awesome; it was so clean and fully stocked; and the local property management team were amazing. In all our years of renting vacation rentals this one by far exceeds all of them. It was the best week ever!

The view of the ocean was stellar. The major complaint was I got the code - the numbers BUT it did not tell me to push the check mark after the numbers. I tried to message owner but got no response which was frustrating because I got there late at night but after awhile I figured it out.

Cozy house with an amazing view, great hot tub, super comfortable beds, and quick/easy access to the beach.We stayed four nights for my daughter's 18th birthday and were pleasantly surprised by the location, the coziness of the house, and the amazing view. Just what we needed

The house was nice. We had a good time. Glad to have a bedroom and bath on the main floor for our elderly in-law. He complained of the bathroom being small, but complained about a lot of other things too. Our son enjoyed the room downstairs. The views are amazing!!
The dogs loved the deck and so did we.

The house was not clean. The bathtub was full of black hairs. Additionally all beds were full of black hair that covered the sheets and pillowcases. The house is cute and in a nice location but one would expect to arrive to a clean home with clean linens and bathrooms.
