-You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.

-To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.



No touching pool equipment: $500 minimum charge for damages.



Parking: Up to 4 cars (no street parking).



Pack & Play: Available upon request.

Security Cameras: Cameras are located at the front door and driveway for guest safety. No cameras inside the home.



Noise Monitors: Exterior noise monitors ensure no parties (they do not record audio).



Property Maintenance: Landscaping and pool maintenance occur 1-2 times per week. Scheduling is not guaranteed.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENT OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee applies for pool equipment damage.



Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy



Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
