Dreams do come true at this stunning canal-front four bedroom, three-bath home in the heart of Bonita Springs. The newly updated masterpiece combines family-friendly comfort and designer furnishings with a mix of earthy and contemporary accents. Its open floor plan and vaulted ceilings imbue a sense of peaceful spaciousness throughout the main living area and overlooking the terrace, brand new heated Saltwater pool & spa with a large deck, and palm-lined canal. At the heart of the home is a bright open kitchen with a huge center island/breakfast bar with ultra-modern appliances and all the tools and gadgets to please even the pickiest foodie.

The spacious owners suite has an orthopedic King bed, luxury linens, a contemporary sliding door closet, and a fabulous marble-decked master bath with Bonita Springs' most gorgeous walk-in shower. The second suite boasts the same warm-toned palette and earthy accents with a delightful Queen bed and lovely ensuite bathroom. And last but not least, bedrooms three and four have an adjacent full bath and both offer orthopedic Queen beds, luxurious details, ample closet and storage space, and views of the tropical garden outside.

Enjoy outdoor dining and fun with friends and family on the paved terrace and garden. When not splashing in the pool or perfecting the tan, try a game of beanbag toss or king-size Jenga while the burgers reach perfection on the gas grill.

Bonita Springs is a city in southwest Florida. This beautiful home is only 3 Miles from the white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach! It's known for its Gulf Coast beaches and parks, including secluded Little Hickory Island Beach Park and Bonita Beach Park, with its sand dunes. Nearby, to the north, is Lovers Key State Park, a popular swimming and kayaking spot. Made up of 4 barrier islands, the park is home to manatees and dolphins. Everglades Wonder Gardens features orchids, parrots and reptiles. Plenty to enjoy for the entire family! We had a wonderful stay. Pool deck and lanai area are spacious with wonderful amenities. We had the coldest New Year’s Eve in 25 years and the hot tub still heated to 104. House was very clean, huge washer and dryer, comfortable beds, really nice kitchen and living spaces, quiet neighborhood with easy access to Tamiami shopping and restaurants. Very responsive host. We had one small issue that required a service technician who arrived within an hour.

Great Vacation Home
