Host was very responsive. When we arrived at the property the code for the lock wasn't working (probably my mistake) and they were immediately able to reset it and we got in. The place was clean and comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family of four. There isn't a ton of storage space for clothes (no drawers) but that wasn't really a problem. The small kitchen was decently stocked but there were only two coffee cups and two martini glasses (which we used as wine glasses). There were plenty of plates, bowls, water cups, etc.I wouldn't mind staying here again however since most of the the stuff we did in the city was further South (Statue of Liberty, Broadway shows, Times Square, etc) we did have to plan on the extra 30 minutes of commuting time. If you are seeing stuff around Harlem (Hamilton Grange was well worth the visit) or the surrounding area, this place is fantastic. The closest subway stop is only about a 10 min walk away. The area was fine. There is a grocery store that's about a 15 minute walk away and lots of delis, restaurants and stuff all within a short walk. During the day, there was always people out and about talking, laughing and hanging out. At night it was always very quiet.
