Great place - close to many things. Washer and dryer are in the back building. The coffee pot is a one cup kcup and drip machine. The pastries shop next to Publix is wonderful for a quick breakfast. We came in for a family funeral and it worked out great. The owners were fabulous to work with.

Great Place nice Location

This house is located 3-5 minutes from beaches in Venice and just a few minutes from historic downtown Venice. We enjoy beach combing for shark’s teeth and shells. Manasota Beach is great for that and only 15 min away. There is also a Publix supermarket within a few minutes walk. The house itself is well stocked with cooking gear and beach gear. It is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if we visit the Venice area again

I want my guests to know that I’m committed to making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I take pride in providing a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming home where every detail is designed with guests in mind — from plush linens and cozy blankets to beach supplies and entertainment options.

I’m also responsive and available if you need anything during your stay, whether it’s a quick question about the home, local recommendations, or tips for exploring Venice Island. My goal is to ensure that every guest feels at home, relaxed, and able to fully enjoy their time on the island.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of convenience and charm. You’re just steps away from Publix and several charming local restaurants, making everyday conveniences effortless. The area offers a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere while still keeping you close to the island’s best attractions. Being on Venice Island means you’re minutes from beautiful beaches, boutique shopping, and the vibrant dining scene, yet you can always return to the comfort and tranquility of your own private retreat.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Unlike other rentals, it offers a game room with a pool table, ping pong, and board games — ideal for both families and groups looking to relax and have fun together. Outdoors, the grill and propane fire pit seating area create a cozy space to unwind under the stars.
I believe its prime location on Venice Island sets it apart!
