このシグネチャーヘリテージログのホームプランには、4つのベッドルームと3つのフルバス、大きなゲームルームがあります。 石造りの暖炉が備わる広く開放的な広々としたお部屋で、固定ガラスに囲まれています。 レコンテ。 私たちは、シルバークリークの職人技と贅沢を見るために、訪問者に1,600マイル以上の旅行をさせました。キングサイズベッド付きの3つの独立したマスタースイートと、子供用の2セットのツイン二段ベッドが備わる4つ目のベッドルーム。 6台のテレビ、DVDプレーヤー、ビリヤード台、ホットタブ、ガスグリル、エアホッケーテーブルはすべて標準装備です。

下の階はビリヤード台、エアホッケー、ウェットバー、寝台ソファーがある巨大なゲームルームです。 大浴場とジャグジー浴槽を備えた別のマスタースイートも下の階にあります。

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our entire family stayed in Silvercreek for a delightful 4 nights! The pickle ball competition was intense! So was the domed hockey game competition! Everyone loved the pool, as well as the hottub. The rustic interior & furnishings were above par. The large dining area table was great for family meals, plus evening card & dice games. Our ages ranged from 15 to 75. We all loved it so much, we are booking it again next July!

Check in was supposed to be 3pm. It was delayed until 6pm with an hour notice. The place has good bones but it’s a little dated. Good for a good size party. Cabin stays hot up stairs, the pool room smells very musty. The kitchen area is nice. Overall decent place. Not the best not the worst.

Great stay! Plenty of room to spread out, and very clean. Only had one problem and they promptly replied and sent out a great tech to fix the movie theater. Our kids loved the pool ranging from 3-5ft was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First night I stepped in dog poop,kitchen table and table runner wasn't clean. Thought no animals allowed, that's why we booked there. Pool room smelt. Furniture very dirty and outdated. No views. The decks was very slick like ice when wet. Not enough chairs to accommodate the other 2 levels while we were there. Was very upset about the limited about of everyday supplies for the price we paid. We were satisfied with our stay because of close proximity to everything.

The cabin had a great amount of space and overall worked for what we wanted for the weekend. When we booked, there were two hot tubs advertised, and we only found one upon our stay. The featured pickleball court was also run down with poor fencings to protect from balls and people falling off the court into the nature below. On our last night, we also found black mold in one of the bedrooms and the indoor pool. Small things, but the place had a great kitchen and lots of other sources of entertainment.

Great stay in Gatlinburg

We had an amazing time at Silvercreek and loved all the amenities the cabin provided. The outdoor fireplace is on a timer FYI so you need to activate that first to get the gas and electricity going.

Very Disappointed Guest

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay this time was less than satisfactory in this cabin. We have stayed on the property many times over the past 15 years never had a complaint. This was AWFUL. We found bugs, spiders, ants on the lower levels in the bathroom and game room. We call maintenance they did nothing. The cleaning was minimal at best. There was a damp odor in the cabin smells. We had to call for the garbage to be picked up. The pool was ok, however the squeegee to move the water the rubber was crooked and didn’t work. Unfortunately the pickle ball court after it rain held so much water it took about 30 minutes for us to remove before playing. The lights in the cabin were so dim it made it difficult to see when cooking. On the upper levels it was very warm there was one box fan. The deck where the hot tub was located was filthy. The photo also advertised a picnic table on the deck that was not there. There were only 2 rocking chairs on the rap around deck, which is ridiculous for a cabin this size sleeps 18. The kitchen had little to no storage for dry food no pantry. VERY DISAPPOINTED for the price we paid. We don’t plan to return to Elks Springs and would not recommend it to anyone.

Large Cabin but pictures over sale property

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large cabin with several amenities but cabin is dated and layout is not very good. Pictures on website over sale the property. Certainly not worth the price we paid for New Year's holiday.

Silvercreek Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Silvercreek had a great setup and everyone in our party had space. Kids loved that the game room was downstairs and right by the pool. I loved that the road was paved!! I was a little disappointed with the view, but it was easy to drive into. I loved that it was quiet and we didn't have neighbors on top of us even though we were close together. Would rent again.

Family Trip with Grandparents

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin overall is amazing! We really didn’t spend much time at the cabin itself but we’re out running around but when we were there the kids LOVED the Hockey Game as well as all the other games. The pool was a big hit but was a little cloudy and turned my young daughter’s hair light green after only swimming in it 2 times. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of extra blankets for everyone. I will say if you have a larger group, bring extra toilet paper or plan to buy some. They gave us 1 roll per bath for a full week with 9 of us and it didn’t last. You will hear the people above you if you're sleeping on the main or lower level, the floors are very loud. But overall we enjoyed our stay here! Very quite nice area.

We do apologize for the inconvenience with the pool water and will have our maintenance team check the chemical balance to ensure it’s clear for all guests. We also appreciate the feedback regarding supplies—we provide a starter set of essentials, and do make guest aware that once these items are gone it is up to the guest to replenish. As for the noise, we know sound can carry in multi-level cabins, and we’re exploring ways to improve insulation and minimize disruptions. Hallmark Holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A little disappointed that we had to transfer cabins because of maintenance issues with our original selection. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and had a nice trip. You guys have mechanical issues with some of the video games at Silvercreek. The hockey game and the golf game did not work. Again very minor overall the family was happy with accommodations and enjoyed the experience.

Reviewer Comments: The rental was decent with good location, accessibility and nice pool area. However the supply of amenities left a lot to be desired. There was not even backup bathroom towels provided besides the one for each bathroom. The same was the case with kitchen towels.

We also offer washer and dryer amenities so therefore we only provide the amount of towels that the cabin sleeps. Fun For the Group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 11 who stayed in this cabin and we had a great time. We enjoyed the pool and the space made it so we were always gathered together, even when we may be doing different things. Kitchen was great, bedrooms were comfy. We did have maintenance come out to reset the golden tee and the other games, while they did turn on, none of the controls worked and they eventually went dark, seems like they needs some maintenance or new machines altogether. Theater system is great, but there is not cable which is in the instructions but figured I’d call it out. We hooked up laptops and streamed and it worked great.
