We had an issue with a blown bulb on the patio with the hot tub. I called to report and someone came out within the hour to fix the issue. Check out was a breeze. Customer service is top notch.

They staff is always helpful with anything and are great at getting things done in a timely manner. This is the only place I’ve been where they allow you to check in as soon as your cabin is ready.

Great House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was great. It was in a great location. No view of thee mountains, but the area of the town is super cute. The home was in good shape and clean, except for the jets in the tubs, which were really moldy visually on the outside and esp when you run the jets, so you would have to run the water, run the jets, let them clear and then drain the water, then refill. They could use a routine cleaning. The vacation rental management staff were very helpful and were available via text which was great. The water pressure in the showers was horrible. Very hard to wash off. They are the waterfall showers, but very little pressure. The pool table was great fun for the kids, but the pockets have holes in them so the balls will fall out and sound like they are coming through the ceiling.

However the king mattresses were horrible to the point of 4 sleepless nights. An easy fix that you would expect at this price point and otherwise overall high quality.

Everyone is together, but has plenty of privacy. Nice location near the arts and crafts loop. Also, this is the quiet end of town! Very clean. We truly enjoyed our time here.

Reviewer Comments: The cabin we stayed in was great. nice balconies, hot tub, pool table; good location to hiking; we hired a chef to make food for us, chef RAy - he came to the cabin and made delicious food for us after our long hikes; he accommodated gluten free and dairy free ; only issue with the cabin was there is no insulation between the floors - so you hear everything and there is no privacy

We were able to book the same day. The cabin looked just like the photos. The views were great. The hot tub was kind of luke warm but the sauna made up for it. Overall, we would definitely stay again.
