With two distinct homes—a 5-bedroom house and a 3-bedroom flat—there’s ample space for up to 15 guests. The main house features cozy interiors and large windows showcasing scenic forest views, while the flat offers added privacy, making it ideal for multi-family getaways. Both homes have remodeled kitchens with all-new appliances for effortless meal prep.

Entertainment abounds on-site. The flat’s game room features an old-style arcade with 10,000+ games, an air hockey table, and electronic darts. The nearby pool house offers a jungle-themed gathering space, indoor/outdoor games, and a heated saltwater pool (seasonal), complemented by a steam sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.

Spanning 108 acres, the property features a mix of pine, maple, oak, beech, and hickory woodlands teeming with wildlife. Meandering trails lead to a 150-foot gorge with a flowing creek and five breathtaking waterfalls. The Finger Lakes Trail runs through the property, providing top-notch hiking.

Beyond the trails, discover sculptures, a charming chapel, gazebos, and a scenic pond. Two fire pits offer ideal spots for evening gatherings. Unique historical touches, including a restored train caboose and a 1940 WWII Trainer Fighter Plane, enhance the experience. "The Caboose Club" inside a vintage caboose with heating and air conditioning features a cozy gaming/TV/Movie area in front and an area for table top games, puzzles and crafts in the back. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
