Super Comfy

This place was a great place to stay while we were going to a concert in downtown Salt Lake City. Such a cute house and amazing added features! Thank you again for such a fantastic stay :)

One nighter

A few things to note: No hot water in the shower. Couch not very comfortable. No way to make tea (tea infuser). Stairs were little difficult to climb. No blankets on the bed.

AC only cools half of the house. The owner disagrees with me. I encouraged her to come to the property to see for herself. She did not take me up on the offer only replied with she had been there earlier that day. She also tried to tell me that I didn’t know how to work the AC properly. That was not the case. When we arrived the heat was on and it was 84 degrees in the house. We turned it down to 65 and left to go have dinner. We hoped the house would be cold by the time we got back. The staircase is a safety hazard but the owner disagrees with me. You can judge that the yourself since I included a picture. VRBO ended up refunding our stay in full after going rounds with the owner.

Good Space, Needed just a couple little things

This host was wonderfully communicative and helpful. The property was cute and inviting. The few things we needed, an extra roll of toilet paper, blankets for the downstairs beds were noted by the host. The host indicated they're new to taking over this place and are in the middle of a tiny learning curve and it was fine. We were very close to a Dollar General and just grabbed some extra rolls of paper. Overall, we enjoyed the space and would return. I believe this is the listing that shows a fully stocked beverage fridge. Please note that photo is only to show that there is space for you to store your beverages. I didn't expect a stocked fridge but the picture could be misleading to some. If you are traveling with children, it should be noted that the bunk bed sleeping spaces are no where near the adult sleeping space. The adult sleeping space is a loft in the open living space and the bunk beds are quite a distance away, down a hall, adjacent to the entry door. We have a sleep walker and were nervous about this, given the close proximity of the exit door to the bunk room.We gave the kids the Master and moved a bunk mattress to the floor of the living room and slept there so we could hear the kids in the night if needed, but otherwise, perfectly lovely space. Thanks.
