A two bedroom house with full bath. In a prime location near downtown Salt Lake. About two miles from the Salt Palace, Salt Lake Convention Center and the Delta Center. Very quick access to both major freeways and Trax Public Transport is a short walk of 2 block. Traveling to ski and mountain activities is super convenient. Don't forget to check out historic Sugarhouse shopping. The house has Fiber internet and a front porch mountain view. Laundry room is shared with a downstairs apartment.

Other than having some issues with the door locks, I absolutely loved this property! The ghost were great at communicating. It was such a great value for have a 2 bedroom house. It’s got so much charm, laundry in the basement, big back yard, shower had good water pressure, and both bedrooms have comfortable beds and smart tvs. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Peter is a great host

We were there for 6 nights for a tournament for my kids to compete. The property location is best, close to the downtown and several eateries which are open 24x7. Peter was kind enough to provide additional amenities we requested and entertain a last minute request to extend our stay by a day.

Would stay again

The place was clean and close to where my sons works. Both rooms had tv and decent size beds. We stayed for Christmas. Close to many restaurants, Walmart and downtown Salt Lake City.

Great price, central location, 2 bedrooms

My 18 y/o son and I stayed at the house over a college break. The space is small and sparse, but perfectly comfortable and it has all the items you would need for cooking a meal. The beds and bathroom were tidy and the heat worked well. There is a W/D that is shared with a tenant downstairs. 2 bedrooms was great and there are locks on each bedroom door, if you need. We had a great time.

Bad Bed

The house was great and everything advertised. The only problem is the bed in the back was not comfortable at all. The mattress sunk down and the bed was not stable. It needs to be replaced immediately.

I stayed in this house for a week. The house was clean and had everything I needed. On my first day, I had trouble getting in. I messaged Peter, and he replied very quickly to tell me how to open the door. Peter is a very nice person, helpful with everything and always responds quickly when I need help. The house is about one block a way from Win Co, You can buy everything you need or foods for cooking this store close . It's also close to Costco and Sam's Club (just three blocks away), and not far from Chinatown. I highly recommend this house. It looks a little old, but everything is great, especially Peter. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you very much Peter for all your help during my stay here.

we had a severe issue during our stay. My friend sustained significant clusters of bed bites which she discovered within 24 hrs of checkout We provided photographic evidence and a medical diagnosis to VRBO. Despite this, the host and VRBO have refused to answer my questions regarding 1)was an inspection done by a licensed pest control company, 2)what were the results? Were the bites caused by bed bugs (which don’t transmit disease) as we assumed or were the bites caused by another species that could transmit disease? 3)Is the property being taken off the litstings until there has been remedial action undertaken? Sadly, when I skied f or information, the host told me not to contact him further. Initially, I was I trying to be reasonable and was going to keep this between the Host, VRBO and myself but owing to the lack of response and assurances, I feel it necessary to warn other guests. Future guests should be aware of the lack of professional remediation and the risk to personal health. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.
