Welcome to The Navy! Classic bungalow located near the Fort Wayne Country Club, Canterbury, and Jefferson Point. Within minutes, you can be at Trader Joes, Target, Starbucks, and some of the best dining Fort Wayne has to offer. This updated classic showcases a classic, white kitchen -- original hardwood floors, comfortable dining space for 6, and two adjacent living spaces. Half bath located off the kitchen. Up the staircase, you will find three bedrooms and full bath between bedrooms. Stunning, wooded yard complete with fire pit. Reading solarium.

We provide a welcome package of essential amenities to get your stay started comfortably! This includes toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and basic cleaning supplies. For extended stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies as needed.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
