Enjoy beautiful lake views from this spacious 2nd-floor townhouse on Siesta Key, just a 7-minute walk to world-famous Siesta Beach. Relax on the private deck with sunny southern exposure, perfect for morning coffee overlooking the lake. Travel crib and high chair in unit to make traveling with little ones easier! Community amenities include a heated pool, tennis courts, and a covered grilling pavilion. Walk or ride the trolley to Siesta Key Village for shopping, dining, and live entertainment.

The Location:
- 0.3 Miles to Siesta Key Public Beach

Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Commercial Trucks, Trailers, Boats, and Motorcycles are NOT allowed on property grounds.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

Great location- Wonderful experience

Property is clean and just as described. Very roomy and comfortable. The walk to the beach is short and wagon/chairs provided were helpful.

We were told by the mangler that the lock was a bit hard to get into the condo, it was impossible. We stood there for 15 minutes later in the evening trying to open it. The master sink was clogged and the back door ain't lock at all. After my husband, first thing in the morning, went to the office. They were over immediately to fix the lock and sink. The back door they gave us a curtain rod, but it goes from the outside. So that was pointless. The place was nice. Just don't I derstna why they didn't just fix the lock. And when I say impossible. It was impossible!

Thank you for your feedback! Once it became clear the lock was not functioning properly, we addressed it as quickly as possible. Our team responded immediately the next morning to resolve both the lock and sink, and the lock has since been fully replaced. Regarding the back slider door, the entire slider system is set to be fully replaced this month. We appreciate your patience in the meantime and understand your concerns with the temporary solution that was provided. We’re glad to hear you otherwise enjoyed the property, and we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention so we can continue improving the experience for future guests!
