The rental unit is a modern one bedroom with a loft bedroom with its own large private deck with table and chairs, and two porches and lawn. While there is a tenant in thecarriage house, it is very private.

Parking for multiple cars, boats, Kayaks etc.
The farm has 1/2 mile of Lake front property to sit and watch sunsets. To access the beach, a state park is only 1/2 mile away for swimming or launching kayaks or boats.

Any illegal behavior is grounds for eviction. No one under age 21 may consume alcohol. No guest may provide alcohol to anyone under age 21. No parties are allowed. Written permission by the host is required for visitors. Grounds are monitored by video and there is a resident on the grounds living in the carriage house. Please be respectful of the resident in the carriage house. Guests not allowed in barn or carriage house.
