Host was very accommodating as we were traveling from out of state. Place was very clean and well maintained. We picked this place as it had a fenced in yard. This was one of the few places that allowed pets. Traveling with a pet is challenging and it's great to find a host willing to allow pets. Thank you.

Place was very clean and quaint, exactly what we were looking for for the week. Owner was responsive prior to arriving but didn’t need anything during our stay.

Cozy Cottages are a great place to stay.

This is our second time and the cottages are well equipped with everything you need. They are very cozy, we especially enjoyed the fireplace/heater in the cool evenings.

Lovely, comfortable home

We had a very comfortable stay at this little cabin; roomier than we expected. Excellent location, beautiful town. Owner was kind and quickly responded to questions. Would absolutely stay here again - highly recommended!!

Clean, quiet and a perfect spot to call home with my husband and our teenaged son for a long lacrosse weekend at Stony Brook. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog to run around while remaining safe. Miller Place is a quaint town with nice local restaurants and an old fashioned ice cream shop just down the street. We would highly recommend!

Very comfortable, well appointed cottage. I couldn’t say enough good things about it very clean, very comfortable bed, yard for my dogs and Rob was very nice. Definitely staying there again already booked it for the fall. Thanks again, Rob.

A Nice Place To Stay

This VRBO is really nice. Nicely decorated with all the needed creature comforts. The location is in a quiet residential area and was perfect for our stay. We stayed with our little dog and the provided fenced in side yard worked great. Thanks!

Fantastic Cottage!

The cottage is even better than the pictures. Perfect stay for 2 in a lovely neighborhood with so many things to do! Rob was an excellent host and the house had great amenities. Will definitely be coming back!

Comfy, cozy, and convenient cottage

Cozy Cottage #3 is exactly that! The cottage was perfect for summer getaway with hubby and two dogs. The cottage had all the amenities we needed-full kitchen, tub/shower, good sized bedroom, and comfortable living room. The backyard was fully fenced so we had no worries about the dogs wandering off after the turkeys we saw strutting down the road. Our stay was stress free due to easy checking in and out and responsiveness of our host Rob. We will definitely book again.

Thanksgiving Week

This is our second time staying at one of Rob's properties. We loved the cottage, which had everything we needed! I think the only thing that would make it better is a Solo Stove in the backyard for the cooler fall evenings! We had a great stay, and we will return!

Perfect in all ways

Finding a pet friendly place is always a challenge but this was a life changing revelation! Location was perfect family very close by, accommodations superior, including linens & kitchen utilities. Am returning in 3 weeks wish place was available... NO MORE HOTELS while on Long Island, Thank god. I'm a senior and had some difficulty with on-line communications but figured it out. Would have liked a phone #.
