Perfect for a weekend stay. Has all the home away from home feels. Stu and Stephanie best hosts ever. This is my 3 rd time staying here and will remain our go to when staying in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay as we were in town for a wedding. The location was great! We enjoyed a few local restaurants (Gino’s Italian Restaurant, Cafe Red, Linda’s Pizza, Bagel City & Bagel King) We also enjoyed Sunken Meadow State Park & some surrounding towns such as NorthPort & Pt. Jefferson. The hosts were easy to communicate with. If we are in Kings Park again we would definitely stay here again! Beautiful & safe neighborhood!

I was up on LI visiting family and friends. I’d never spent any time in Kings Park or that general area before so I decided to give this place a try. Everything in the apartment was new and clean. The owners live in the main part of the house but the apartment had its own private entrance and I wasn’t disturbed in any way. It’s less than 10 minutes from Sunken Meadow State Park which has a beach on the Long Island Sound and a 3/4 mile long boardwalk. If you’re traveling alone or as a couple I highly recommend this place.

It was perfect. Kitchen, living room, washer dryer, full bath and separate bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the couch. The place was well stocked.

We needed a place to stay for a wedding and the apartment was perfect for what we needed it to be. Close to the train station, clean, and comfortable. Steph and Stu were able to accommodate an early check-in time for us which was appreciated.

The place was perfect. It had a living area with extremely comfortable couch, a kitchen with all the appropriate appliances and dishware, bedroom with a very comfortable bed, stocked bathroom and a washer dryer. They even left us a little basket of goodies. So very comfortable. We originally scheduled to stay three nights and needed to extend our stay two days and they very graciously opened it up so that we could remain. This is the place to stay when visiting Long Island.

From the moment I arrived, hosts Stu and Steph went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was seamless. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.MOverall, I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Perfect place for Long Island visit

Honestly i do not know where to start, everything was perfect. My friend and i needed a place to stay while celebrating a baby shower and this rental was not only the perfect location but it was a great price as well. The place was very clean, very roomy, had all the amenities we needed, and the host were very kind and attentive. This place checked all our boxes and we would absolutely stay here again next time we visit the Island. I highly recommend this rental to others!

My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. Cute neighborhood-we visited Stony Brook village, Port Jeff and Sunken Meadow Park in our off time. Last year we stayed in Patchogue which was nice but we enjoyed the North Shore this year. I highly recommend!

Host was very communicative and kind. The stairs leading into the unit weren’t clean so we kept tracking dirt inside. I found an unopened condom wrapper underneath the bed. I tried to use the iron and it got dirt all over my clothes. Shower curtain liner was moldy. I wouldn’t say it was the most cleanly VRBO in the world.

Jessica - we are really sorry you had those experiences. As you said we were communicative ,why couldn't you have brought these issues to our attention when they occurred? I responded to every text or message IMMEDIATELY. You had a question about the lock I came and saw you right away. You even asked us about contact lens solution at 10:30 at night and we responded. Yet you chose to bash us on a review once you left. As far as the steps down - yes very true ... it's an outside staircase on the side of our house alongside our driveway and it has leaves on it. I'm sorry I didn't sweep it every day of your stay. We do however keep a broom and dustpan in the apartment literally Inches from the front door for that purpose. We have discussed the other problems with our cleaning crew - The shower curtain has already been changed as I would have done immediately if you brought it to our attention when you noticed it and the other issues would have been resolved as well. If you look at our reviews on this site as well as Airbnb we are noted for our cleanliness and response. We are sorry again you had problems - we have been fortunate to have been very busy and these are unacceptable. We just wish you could have given us a chance to make it right in person instead of a negative review.
