This bungalow is a side-by-side duplex with no shared space or amenities. The A side has it's own laundry, private back patio and entrance.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at St. Augustine, Beachtown Bungalow - A you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.

HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $100 which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.
