Location was perfect. Easy access to beach. Wonderful mornings and evenings in the deck overlooking the marsh. Town of Milford was lovely and Patrick was attentive to all needs.

This lovely beach cottage was clean, well stocked and a beautiful weekend oasis. The location at the end of the street with parking below the house made things easy to navigate. The decks looked out to a marsh with an osprey nest that was captivating to watch. The host even provided binoculars. The sunsets over the marsh were spectacular.The beach was a five minute walk from the house and uncrowded and really nice. We ordered in for dinner both weekend nights because we felt so cozy, at home and in love with this beautiful spot. Clean and comfortable with a wonderful layout; we didn’t want to leave. We plan to return often. 5 stars!!!!

The home was centrally located. Easy access to everything. It was very clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. The sunsets were quite beautiful and peaceful. We would stay here again.

Impeccably clean, like staying in a brand new house.Great neighborhood, and easy walk to the beach.Received many friendly “hello”s while walking to and from and on the beach.Really good quality mattresses, pillows, and bedding too.

Walk on beach was lovely, mist over the marsh with morning coffee and Carolina Wren singing was peaceful start to our day home. Would definitely come back again if our travels bring us here. (And maybe not be busy at sunset so we could enjoy it!)

We loved our stay! Beautiful home, beautiful location, wonderful area! I could stay on the deck all day if it wasn't for the beautiful beach so close by. Patruck is very responsive to any questions and made us feel very welcome. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is secluded and has gorgeous views. We even saw the Osprey nest! The house itself is very clean and beds are comfortable. Host was very responsive. What more could you ask for?

Totally recommend this beautiful home. The view and tranquility from the deck is amazing! The location is a perfect short walk to the beach and was just a short walk to our distant family in Milford! Patrick was the best host to deal with for anything we needed, just a text away!

This house was a perfect setting for a small family get-together. The scenery is beautiful and it's ideally located for walks to the beach and the boardwalk. Patrick was a responsive host, and really thought of everything when furnishing the house. Everything was clean and comfortable, including the sofa, the beds, the deck furniture. Ample parking for 3 cars, if needed. An excellent stay in a relaxing setting.

We had a lovely time! The communication with the host was reliable. He even had snacks for us, binoculars for bird watching, and some toiletries for the bathroom. The house was clean, cozy, quiet, and had an amazing view. It was steps away from the beach too! Great property for our family with 2 little kids. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Patrick’s place and would happily stay again. The rental was spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The sunsets over the marsh were beautiful, and one of our favorite parts of each day was watching the osprey parents tending to their young. Wish we could be there when they fledge!The house was equipped with beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella, making trips to the private beach (shared by neighboring homes) easy. The beach itself was peaceful and a real highlight of the stay (very nice at sunrise, I will add!). The rental itself has lots of parking, plenty of dishware, lots of drawers, closet space, and HOOKS which are so often absent from beach rentals. Patrick went out of his way to make the lift available to ease the burden of stairs on those in our party who didn’t want to make the climb every time. That level of accommodation made a difference and was deeply appreciated.A beautiful home, an excellent host, and a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended! We will be back!

What a weekend ! Friday to Monday at Patrick’s home was better than expected . The home is very clean, comfortable, loved the layout, and deck was a superb extension of living space . Just a lovely setting ! Patrick was very accessible and responded so quickly to our inquiries.

This is a very nice house with a beautiful large deck. The sunset was absolutely beautiful. The house was equipped with everything you need.Just walk across the street to the beach. Easy access to Silver Sands Preserve which has a very nice boardwalk with water views.Communication with Patrick was exellect.

Amy and I made a promise that we would always seek to live where we could look out our window and see something beautiful. This home offers some of the most stunning sunsets over a protected marshland that is home to dozens of different species of birds. Add to this the fact that you are a walk away from the beach, down the road from a state park with a beautiful boardwalk and only 1.5 miles from a fun downtown located on a marina with tons of restaurants. There is always something happening in Milford, recently named The Most Popular Coastal City in the US by Zillow!

The location provides privacy with all the access. It is the last house on the road with direct views of the marsh and no other immediate houses on three sides. When you are in your back yard or on the back deck you are on your own with a beautiful view. The yard also offers some additional open space for lawn games.
