Villa in Porto Colom, with pool and surrounded by nature

The house in Porto Colom, enjoys lovely views of open countryside and the sea beyond . It is located about 2 km from the fishing port Porto Colom. This small town has supermarkets , bars , restaurants, banks and a church and a large walk round the fishing port. A little more than 5 minutes drive from the house is the beautiful sandy beach Cala Sanau . The lively town of Cala D' Or offers several sandy coves and a wide pedestrian area with shops , restaurants and exclusive marina , is also about a 5 minute drive .
it's pretty cottage on two floors. It is spacious , it is furnished with classic style and lots of natural light. The ground floor has an open living / dining room, very bright. From the living area leads to the terrace with stunning panoramic views of the coast is Porto Colom lighthouse . The kitchen is spacious with a table for breakfast and access to the outside terrace , also where the laundry is another bathroom with a shower that can be used when you are in the pool. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom and dressing room , one with a sofa bed that converts into two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the side there is a guest toilet , upstairs there are two further double bedrooms with bathrooms . Each bedroom has access to the terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and distant sea and the lighthouse of Porto Colom.
The exterior is spacious , there is a barbecue, well kept garden and from the rear of the house enjoys stunning panoramic views of the coast and sea. In the front of the house is a lovely pine garden with Mediterranean plants . The pool area is in the back of the house. From there you can enjoy beautiful open views of the surrounding countryside with almond and the wonderful sea in the background . Poolside ( . 10m. x 3.5m ) is a covered terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for dining al fresco. At the pool you can enjoy a refreshing swim , sunbathe , relax and forget the stressful winter days.
