Villa Magnolia is in the Punta des Port part of the village, at the borders of Cala d'Or. The lively centre of Cala d'Or is at about 3 kilometers distance. The pedestrian zone offers a nice variety of boutiques, restaurants, bars and has the typical flair of the Med. The exclusive yacht harbour is about 1,8 kilometres away. It offers some excellent restaurants and views of the yachts and the sea. The centre of Cala Egos and the nearest beach are within 10 minutes of walking distance. Cala Egos offers bars, restaurants and shops. Cala d'Or offers more than 7 beaches and a wide variety of leisure and sports activities.

Villa Magnolia is a magnificent designer home with lots of light, large rooms and stylish furnishing.

On the ground floor of the two storey villa there is an ample living and dining area. Next to it is an ultra modern kitchen with breakfast bar. Sliding doors are connecting the living area and the grand, covered terrace and the pool area. One of the bedrooms with bathroom en-suite is also on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, all fitted with twin beds and each with a bathroom en-suite. All rooms on the first floor have a connecting balcony, leading to a grand terrace.

In the basement is a room with sofas and a ping-pong table and a laundry room.

The gardens of Villa Magnolia is matching the style of the house and is very comfortable. There is a 10 x 4 metre pool and a main terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and a dining table. On the first floor there is another terrace with sea views and chairs.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.

On arrival a credit card, which needs to be indicated beforehand, will be charged with a deposit of 300 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.

Minimum stay is one week. This villa can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
