Escape to a peaceful retreat in Yarmouth! Nestled at the end of a quiet dead-end street, this cozy home is perfect for a family getaway. Stroll to the nearby bike path and lakes, or take a short drive to the best beaches—Grays Beach (7 min), Bass River Beach (8 min), and Seagull Beach (9 min). Just 4 min away, explore Wicked Waves Waterpark, Massachusetts' largest aquapark. Plus, enjoy mini golf, Bayberry Hills Golf Course (walking distance), great restaurants, and shopping.

Kid-friendly, small pets(up to 25lb) are allowed for additional fee. It comfortably sleeps 8, featuring 4 bedrooms and a finished basement with a pull-out couch, TV, and a game room that includes arcade machine, air hockey, soccer table. Linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen are provided for a hassle-free stay.

The home includes two full bathrooms, AC and heating, an outdoor shower, and a spacious deck with a grill, fire pit, and a large backyard—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Wonderful stay to celebrate father's 90th birthday and Thanksgiving with family. House was well furnished and kitchen was well appointed. Everything was clean and in great condition. Ksellia answered all our questions before stay quickly and was very nice to work with. We hope to stay here again in the future.

I definitely recommend this property. The home is near many beaches and restaurants, and West Yarmouth overall still maintains some of that 'old Cape' flavor. The home is in a very quiet residential area and as a result it was a pleasure to take neighborhood walks with little or no noise or traffic. I am originally from New England, so my husband and I invited small groups of family and friends to come down during our week and everyone enjoyed their stay. One of the best features of the home was the patio which was accessible from the kitchen and overlooked the large, private back yard. For a somewhat price-y but wonderful dinner, we highly recommend the nearby Old Yarmouth Inn which has an excellent menu and is only a few minutes from the home. (You need a reservation.) I don't think you will ever find a host more responsive than Kseniia, both prior to and during your stay. Her responses were always helpful and exceptionally prompt. We would definitely book this property if we traveled to the Cape again!

Soccer stay

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and the house was perfect for our family. The kids had a blast in the basement playing air hockey and foosball, while the adults were able to enjoy the living room and deck. The house is located close to shopping, beaches and restaurants which was very convenient for us with a busy weekend. The check in and out process was seamless and easy and any questions we had were answered promptly. We would absolutely stay here again!
