Welcome to Casa Swell, your boutique getaway in the heart of Santa Teresa. Just a 2-minute walk to the beach, you’ll be steps from great surf at La Lora, plus cafés, restaurants, shops, and yoga studios.

Suite 5 is a spacious two-bedroom apartment with balconies off both bedrooms and an additional balcony off the living room, perfect for enjoying indoor-outdoor living.

- Three balconies: one from each bedroom plus one from the living room

Guests love being able to walk everywhere while still enjoying a calm and boutique setting.
