We have built an excellent looking property of 4 villas with a pool and a teak house area in the beautiful tropical area of Mal Pais! Here you are across the street from the beach, close to the small fishing marina, watch beautiful sunsets amd you are about 10 mins from Santa Teresa!

Nicoya Villas is a new beautiful 4 villa property with a pool & teak gazebo across the street from the beach. Entire property can be rented for Yoga/Jiu Jitsu retreats. Villas 3 & 4 are 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units that sleep up to 6 each. Villa 3 is located on the first floor and has a Master Bedroom with a King size bed and a guest room with 2 queen beds, two full bathrooms, kitchen & dining area . Golf carts, surfboards, bikes and scooters are available for rent. Wifi & cable included.
