Whether you're enjoying the village, at the beach or simply enjoying a quiet evening in, this lovely cottage is the perfect place to call home during your stay. This unique property is a 1 mile stroll to the beach and 5 minute walk to bicycle rental, Coffee Obsession, the shuttle to the Vineyard ferry, our finest restaurant, and the bus station from where you can travel to Boston in 90 minutes.

This house was so cozy and clean! They thoroughly prepared the house for our stay, nothing was missing. The kids loved the outdoor bunk house too! The jacuzzi was a nice addition since it is rare to find at other properties on the cape. We will definitely be back. The location is perfect for down town access.

We had such a great time. The place is very comfortable and clean, with many thoughtful touches. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and the back patio, where we had our morning coffee and dinners. The kids slept in the bunk house and had a really fun time. The location was also really convenient, being so close to downtown Falmouth. We walked to the Coffee Obsession every day and checked out downtown without worrying about parking. Dan was also a great host, very friendly and responsive. He even stopped by to drop off some garden vegetables. We really had an awesome time and would definitely stay there again.

The home was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and equipped with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient yet quiet.Communication with Dan was prompt, clear, and accommodating. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident.I would not hesitate to book this property again and recommend it with confidence to others seeking a quality stay:)

We had an amazing time in Dan's place. The house has everything you need. The living room and kitchen are compact, but feature everything you need. The kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, and all the cooking equipment and base ingredients you need. Two equally sized bed rooms with comfy queen beds, tv, and plenty of storage space (and enough hangers for all your clothes!). The bunkhouse has a bunkbed (great for kids) and all the beach gear you need (like chairs, a sun umbrella, boogie boards, and a cart). There's AC in the main house and the bunkhouse. The laundry room downstairs was a huge plus, felt amazing to travel back with our laundry already done!The backyard features a bunch of comfy Adirondack style chairs, a fire pit, a great outdoor shower, and an amazing hot tub. We also had a variety of critters like rabbits, chipmunks, and squirrels, as well as many different birds stop by during our stay. Dan's place is conveniently located right outside Falmouth's Main Street, filled with great local shops and coffee/restaurant options. Bike rental is just across the street, and the bike path behind your house takes you along the western part of the Cape and many beaches. Dan was such a kind host, easy and quick to communicate with and knowledgable about the area. Check in and check out were a breeze.Don't hesitate to make your home for a trip to the Cape.
