Comfortable stay in one bedroom place with a decent size bath/shower. There's even a little kitchenette. The common area is attractive.

Description needs to be updated that accommodations are second and third floor with no elevator. Good value for a good place to sleep but not much room for relaxing.If you are not planning to spend much time in the unit it's a good fit.

A cute getaway spot

The photos don't do this place justice, it's a cute and cozy little room with a big personality and plenty of amenities. I stayed with my dog and was able to work and enjoy my first few days in Seattle (before venturing off to a different location to close out my trip) and was very happy. It has everything you need for your stay, but also allows you the use of the common areas as well. The host was attentive and ready to communicate with and I'd recommend this place wholeheartedly!

Great little property in a nice neighborhood - close to Ballard shops and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable - we weren’t there along enough but nice to know a full kitchen was available downstairs as well as a mini fridge, two hot plates a microwave and sink along with a few utensils, appliances and cooking equipment in the room. Room is en-suite which was appreciated. Heater did its job on a cold November night. Vincent was very responsive and helpful with the check-in process (has a few extra steps) and answering our questions (in our case where to park). Tip: because it is street parking only recommend arriving earlier in the day if at all possible. Restaurants etc are within walking distance or a quick Uber to downtown Ballard. Would stay again

Great short stay.

Was a simple, clean space and close to transit. We appreciated the laundry and kitchen amenities not usually included in places like this.
