Lovely quirky place, plenty of room for the family. Great handy location. Easy to check in and lots of communication making sure all went ok. Would highly recommend.

Nice big clean space, in a great location, close to great food and quick acesss to the metro. The host was quick to respond and very nice! Really enjoyed our stay!

Four of us had so much fun in this brilliantly modernized, beautiful old brick building. The kitchen and dining area were very comfortable for hanging out together. Rue Tuttle outside is so cute that a film company was setting up to shoot some movie the day we left! Can't thank you enough, Sam, for our perfect weekend getaway!

Great location and responsive host

This is a perfectly located property right near the heart of the action... great shopping and great restaurants. It allowed us from having to take multiple Ubers and the Bell Centre was a short walk away as well. Sam is very prompt at responding to questions/requests.

We were disappointed with the lack of accessibility. There were a lot of narrow steps to climb to reach the apartment and steps into most of the rooms. My mother in law found it difficult to navigate. There was also duct tape on the windows, holes in the ceiling and floor, and many exposed wires.

The property is well located, but parking is not close or easy. The property is a bit worn-- the bathroom mirror was not working, there were holes in the ceiling and floors. It had lots of beds and space for our family, lots of stairs to haul up

Sam was super responsive to all communication. His place was in the center of the action. Parking nearby was a breeze. The beds and pillows were so comfy, I had to ask him what brand they were.
