A number of issues to be aware of before booking:1) we were given the wrong code to get in after sending it late. They never recognized this or apologized. Luckily a property inspector was on the floor and she placed a call and got us the correct code. My son was having a panic attack because of it all. It was awful. 2) I thought we were past spring break, apparently we were not. Police every where, a fight broke out on the beach, people were arrested, the beach was closed. 20 something in everywhere playing music, with all base, if you know what I mean. We didn’t feel safe or relaxed, it was horrific. 3) the beach is NOT private. Not even close to private. The boardwalk is private. That is it! There are even articles written saying they are “cracking down” but this is only for the boardwalk. Security everywhere. Felt like a policed state, not a relaxing vacation. 4) my daughters berkinstocks were stolen from the beach on the first day5) the bunk bed “room” is more like a hallway with a barn door that is not private at all6) VERY loud at night, ALL night. Screaming kids at 6am, booming music at 2am, adults screaming and fighting outside at 3am, running stomping banging all night long. 7) the resort is very rundown. The put-put is just a lame putting green, no arcade I could find, pools are fine but packed with everyone I was speaking of aboveI will never go back to this resort and it was so traumatic for my kids and I we will never go back to Panama City beach!
