Very pleased

Rally enjoy the condo. It was clean and welcoming. Plenty of space and each bedroom has their own bathroom which is big plus. We will definitely be coming back here when in Panama City Beach.

Beautiful views of the ocean

We really enjoyed our stay at ocean villa. The condo was very clean and had amazing views of the ocean. Only had 2 problems. The drains in the tubs and sinks didn’t drain well. Also the condo came with beach chair services. People would put their tents and chairs in front of the rental chairs. We couldn’t see our kids in ocean too well. The nice gentleman who set up the chairs said that he has been having problems and would tell them that the umbrellas and tents aren’t allowed in front of the chair rentals. He said they would argue with him and tell him to call the cops. He also said he couldn’t do anything because he didn’t get any backup from the condo owners so he quit trying. But other than that it was an amazing trip. Can’t wait to come back

Needs improvements/cleaned

Thankfully I clean most stuff when I go anywhere. However some things I can’t reach. The fan was an inch thick of dust on the fans. The couch was painfully uncomfortable. Sitting on it was like sitting on a 2x4. The beds are full size at best. I may have missed that in the booking. shower head in the main bathroom squirts water everywhere but your hair. The patio furniture is awful. Plastic chairs, one chair that has rusted and just gross. **being on the 23rd it’s important to have the elevators work properly. They do not. 2 out of the three would say elevator failure. Open at different floors. It’s not cause someone hit the button. Did it repeatedly. Never seen one person that worked there. I did run into someone who stayed that and said they are going to start working on the elevators. The tvs are awful! The remotes didn’t have backs on them. Two were smart tvs. The main one was awful to use. The one in the master bedroom was not a smart tv. The door leading out to the patio from the master doesn’t lock. The pool umbrellas aren’t actually anchored so the blow off either hitting someone or ending up on the dunes. Never a employee insite to help. They are watching with all the cameras. Just not worth what I paid for.

Quick getaway

Needed a couple days to unwind and work, and man, the view from the 23rd floor was amazing! The condo was clean and comfy. The elevator situation wasn’t good, but when they were all working it wasn’t an issue.

The perfect getaway

A final Summer getaway before school starting back, for my son and myself. It was a great property, great location, great amenities! Everything was so close and easy to get to. And when we needed the break, the condo and it's spectacular ocean views from the balcony were the perfect place to relax. I plan on coming here again in the very near future.

Great vacation spot.

The property and location was great. Lots to do and places to go. My only complaint is the construction going on in the room next to us for most of the week. A lot of jackhammering, it was so loud that you had to yell to talk.

Great Property with a Great View

Communication with the host was excellent. Both the host & staff on site were friendly and helpful. The property was very clean & well maintained. The view from the balcony is great & the large table is comfortable for outdoor dining. Having beach service included is fantastic & the pool was great, too.

Perfect location for spring break!

It was my daughter’s senior spring break but we didn’t want to be in the “party”. The location of the condo was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to Pineapple Willy’s and almost everything else you could need, but still far enough away from all the loudness. Only thing I would suggest is to have a Roku on all TVs and provide a sponge/scrub brush for the sink. Everything else was GREAT!!

Great place

Loved this place. Loved the view of the Gulf from the sitting area and also from the master bedroom. Very tastefully decorated and everything you need. Enjoyed everything about our stay here. Would recommend it to anyone, and I would definitely stay here in the future.

We enjoy our stay. Loved that it was on the 23rd floor. Beautiful decor, and great location. The only issues that we had was that the floor was very sandy upon arrival. Also, that there should be more things to work with in the kitchen. Other than that, we loved it!
