Fabulous location and amazing accommodations!

Highly recommend this townhouse. Spacious, great location and well equipped. Owners were responsive to any questions and property management was great. I hope to be back in the future!

WOW! My new second home!

This home is amazing! My best rental yet in Siesta Key. Perfect location - walk to the beach so no need to load your car full of sand. Beautiful refreshing pool when you want a break from the sand and salt. Single family units (not a high rise) so beach area not crowded like other condo beaches. All the amenities of home. High end finish out, open floor plan, everything is new. Very clean, lots of sleeping room, and Tim was awesome! He was proactively in touch with us throughout our stay. I highly recommend, and will be back.

Beachaven Beauty

Very spacious and comfortable stay. The pictures accurately depict the updates made to this beautiful condo spectacularly situated on Siesta Key Beach. Your biggest decision of the day will be whether or not to spend time at the pool or the beach - or both! Great community of fellow renters, too. Very, very attentive owner and manager. Hope to get back there. Until we do, photos from the fabulous sunsets, spotted dolphin pods from the beach, and visits from Ernie, the Great Egret, will have to sustain us.

wonderful, wonderful!

We were 2 siblings and enjoyed this clean spacious accommodation thoroughly. Enough huge TV's to satisfy an army, enough kitchen gear to cook for an army and lots of space. You are on the beach ( a 3 minute walk) down the fairway. There you will also find a wonderful pool sitting on the sand....lovely neighbors., and a sunset to die for every night from your second floor. No need to even walk to the beach. We stayed for a month and hated to leave. The village is only a few miles away with the free vans service if you care to indulge.

Perfect for this retired couple!

We are a couple in our 70's and we stayed here for a month in June. It was an excellent home base for all that Siesta Key and the surrounding area had to offer. What a gorgeous condo this is! TOTALLY renovated, from new flooring, bathrooms and kitchen, to the wood-stained cathedral ceiling in the main living area. The spacious living area is a pleasant place to eat and entertain family and visitors alike, while overlooking the view of the Gulf. The pool and pure white sand are but a couple hundred feet down from the condo's front door. We liked the fact that we could just walk right out the condo doors to our car, and didn't have to deal with elevators like we have had to on previous visits to Siesta Key where we stayed in high rise accommodations. It offers a great location for day trips to St. Armand's Circle for shopping, the Ringling Brothers Museum, & great restaurants.

FABULOUS!

Our first trip to Siesta Key will surely be one of many. This beautiful condo was perfect for our group. Everything is new, convenient and comfortable. We loved the open kitchen with a lovely view of the beach. Speaking of the beach, it is a short walk and is absolutely gorgeous. The children loved the private pool and everyone was happy and friendly. We will be booking our return trip soon!

We will be back for sure!

This condo was the perfect vacation spot for my family of 5 and other guests that comfortably stayed a few nights with us. Not only is this condo completely renovated with all brand new furniture, kitchen, floors, etc., it is also located right on the beach! We were able to walk to the beach OR pool whenever we wanted which made our days, afternoons and evenings with kids very convenient. Beachaven is a quiet community and it is just what we wanted for our family and visitors. For a bit more excitement and action we headed down the street where there are plenty of restaurants and shops and yummy ice cream. Thank you for letting our family have a fantastic vacation here! We will most definitely be back!

Just what the doctor ordered!

We stayed in this property and it was everything the pictures showed and more. For the price it was the best value of any place we've ever stayed on the key. We've been coming to Siesta Key for over twenty years and have stayed at various properties. None have compared to this one and the renovation is truly beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed eating breakfast on the counter height table while watching the sun come up. The fact that it has its own garage and in-unit laundry was also a big plus. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen was huge and open and was a great place to gather when our whole family was visiting the unit. We will definitely be back!
