Experience your vacation, your way in our Fairway Getaway condo situated within the gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village. Just a short walk to the Clubhouse and only a 10-minute drive to Hwy 76, 20-minute drive to Silver Dollar City and 5-minute drive to Tablerock Lake.
-Lower level entrance with approximately 8 steps down to the front door.
-Access to Lake Taneycomo within Pointe Royale Resort
Neighborhood amenities:

-Tennis/pickleball courts, 18-hole PGA golf course, bar & grill, nature trail +
No smoking in condo or within 10 ft of buildings

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo over Spring Break. We’ve stayed in several condos at Point Royale and this was another good one. It is on the lower level of the building but we rarely heard any noise from people above us. Everything is as pictured and well maintained. The beds do sit high and are pretty firm but we weren’t bothered by either. This condo has an ice maker which may seem like a little thing but it was really nice not having to buy ice! The owner was super easy to work with and the whole process was very smooth.

Visit was great, had all the comforts we needed. Only complaint was up stair neighbors, that were very noisy. If we ever came back would want a top floor. (3 young children), wall were very thin and very load noises through floor boards.

Easy check-in and easy in-and-out of the complex. Condo was located in great spot- both within the complex and within Branson!Condo was clean. Kitchen was well-stocked with cooking basics (plenty of pots, utensils, knives, etc) plastic plates/bowls/cups for kids (much appreciated!) and even came with basic spices. Plenty of pillows and the bath towels were soft and plentiful! Management was responsive when we stumbled upon an issue, which was much appreciated. As previous review stated- beds were a bit stiff and uncomfortable but everything else about the condo was wonderful! The clubhouse pool was great and the easy access to Lake Taneycomo made for some cool fun during our very hot weekend stay!

Excellent communication. Clean unit with extras like dish soap, laundry soap, salt, pepper, sugar, paper towels, hand soap, etc...Beds are a bit high. 2nd bathroom could use brighter lighting and straight mirror. Hot water didn't last but 3-4 minutes in there. We all used the primary bath which was fine. Soaking tub is quite deep and can be harder for older/shorter individuals to get in/out of. Nice thick towels and plenty for 4 guests. Easy to login to wifi. TV Internet connection disconnected intermittently.Hot/cold water setting reversed on washer. G

If you arrive after dark, be sure to check building number and not just follow GPS. The building numbers are not lit up or in a lighted area, so we actually went to wrong building first. Host responded very promptly to my call and met us in parking lot while I was on the phone (she happened to be on property). No issues with parking and trash dumpsters are close to each building.As far as the unit - was exactly as pictured in listing and very well stocked compared to other VRBOs we've stayed in. The towels were amazing! A couple of notes depending on your age or ability LOL!Beds are both high and I am not what I would consider short. I found two step stools in the laundry room and used one of those to more easily get into bed. Both bathrooms are tub/shower combos. The master bath tub is a jetted tub, so taller sides and no hand rails to hold on to, so extra caution was used since I have recently had a knee replacement.Other reviews mentioned noise from upstairs unit. Family commented about it, but didn't bother me, but we did hear people (and dogs) walking overhead. Fortunately not much after 10pm.Having access to indoor pool was nice, but access only appeared possible in evenings via a flight of outdoor stairs.The checkout procedures were a simple, clear list that was not difficult and we had no issues accessing our unit or using the pass to get on/off property.
