The living room is the original cabin and has a lot of rustic charm. The owner is a general contractor who expanded and renovated the cottage over the years to include 2 bedrooms, a large eat-in kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The main living area is uninsulated and the rest of the cottage is insulated.

You'll love the awesome screened-in front porch that features lovely ocean breezes and sits back far enough from the road so that you can check out the action while still having some privacy.

Please note that this is a seasonal cottage and it has no central heat or AC. There is a propane wall heating unit in the kitchen that does a nice job, and we also provide ceramic space heaters.

Please note that we do not supply wood for the wood-burning fireplace. There are bundles available for purchase at Hannaford grocery store and at roadside stands in the area.

All guests are required to electronically sign a rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking. Failure to sign will result in cancellation.
