My family of 8 all stayed here comfortably. We brought our dog as well, and she loved the fenced-in backyard. We were impressed by how well-stocked the kitchen was. It's a great space with an updated kitchen, large dining table, and two rooms to sit and watch TV. With the shortcut, it's only a 20 minute walk to the beach. I would recommend!

Rehoboth Beach

Excellent location to playgrounds, pickle ball and beach. Host and realtor were very attentive and highly recommend this property! We’d definitely love to book here again for our family of 12!

Rehoboth Beach Summer Vacation

We rented one of Coldwall Bankers properties in Rehoboth Beach, DE for two weeks and had a great experience. Not only was the weather great for the most part, the accommodations were perfect as well. We found Coldwall Bankers properties to be very responsive to our needs during our stay.

The property was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, close to an elementary school playground, convenient to downtown Rehoboth and the beach. The house was nicely situated for family games and to enjoy each others company. The property met every need for our family to enjoy a spectacular vacation in Rehoboth!!

Comfortable home in a very Nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Dogs loved the fenced back yard with all the squirrels!

Wonderful vacation

Our vacation in Rehoboth was terrific. Miles did a great job finding us the perfect place to stay. Our house was on a quiet street within walking distance to the town. The house had everything we needed. the kitchen was fully equipped and the bedrooms were the right size. Thanks!

The house was comfortable, especially the open kitchen area. When staying for a week, we expected there to be dressers in each bedroom. We wanted to unpack but there was no place to put clothes.Also, there were no headboards on the beds. The walk to the beach was about 20 minutes.
