THE FINE PRINT
• Minimum Age: We require a minimum of at least TWO adults over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. Guests under the age of 25 are not allowed per HOA rules without a 25+ primary guest in the home at all times.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement (within 48 hours) to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
•Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date or prevailing booking site rules.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the home for your stay. If you have an early arrival or late flight, please book the day before/after.
• No parties/smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home or in the yard.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
• We will send your welcome letter via email 10 days before arrival with all of your important arrival information and codes.
*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
