Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the Marina views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the second with two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

Both bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

As with many city apartments, occasional sounds from the unit above may be heard. Guests who are sensitive to sound should take this into consideration before booking.

Marina Quays community comprises of 3 towers. It is 20 minutes from Palm Jumeirah and 5 minutes from the beach. Around the area, you can explore the community around Marina Walk; you can go for a bike ride to explore the Marina or scooter and just a quick run or jog. Across the building is Jumeirah Beach Residences, where you can enjoy a quick dip on the beach with the Ain Dubai Bluewaters view. 10 minutes from the area is the famous Dubai Skydive if you're feeling adventurous.

There are a variety of restaurants around the Marina Walk area and across the street from Jumeirah Beach Residences The Walk. You will also find several shops; 5 minutes walk from the building is a grocery store and 8 minutes to Dubai Marina Mall for a supermarket run.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

DXB Airport is 40 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 9 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 28 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 29 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 18 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
