Escape to this cozy Dennis Port studio condo, just a 10-minute walk (0.4 miles) to Inman Ocean Beach and near Sea View Park Recreation Area. Featuring a full-size memory foam bed, A/C, a Smart TV, and a small kitchenette. Relax in the private fenced-in backyard or take a dip in the seasonal swimming pool after a day at the beach, then explore the many nearby restaurants and shops in downtown Dennis Port and Harwich Port. The perfect spot for a couple’s getaway or solo retreat!

The space

✔ Renovated 200 sq. ft. studio with a combined bedroom, living area, kitchenette, and dining space
✔ FREE Parking
✔ Walk to Inman Beach (0.4 miles / 10 minutes) & Sea View Park for scenic trails and picnic spots
✔ Private fenced-in backyard area—perfect for relaxing after a beach day
✔ The swimming pool is available on site and is seasonal (July - September). Availability is NOT GUARANTEED, as it depends on the time of year and association scheduling.
✔ Free WiFi
✔ Fresh sheets, linens, and towels provided for your stay
✔ Full-size bed with a memory foam mattress
✔ Small kitchenette (no cooktop, no dishwasher) for basic meal prep, including a toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, small fridge, plates, glasses, and silverware
✔ Bathroom essentials—body wash, shampoo, and a hair dryer
✔ Smart TV—log into Netflix, Hulu, and more with your own accounts

Other things to note

• This is a small motel-style condo (200 square feet). It is ideal for 1-2 guests.
• Condo is located on the 1st floor.
• There is no dishwasher, cooktop, or washer/dryer in the complex.
• Towels, linens, and bedding provided to all guests except for beach towels.
• Inman Ocean Beach is 0.4 mile walking distance from the condo
• Please note that this listing is not suitable for infants or children.

This is a NON-SMOKING STUDIO CONDO.

Non-smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the condo or in the building common areas. Breaking our non-smoking policy will result in a $500 fine.

Amazing stay!

Really great stay in the cape, this property had everything we needed. It’s an incredible location, so close to a gorgeous beach. The host was extremely communicative, we arrived to a spotless clean room as well. I would definitely stay here again! It’s perfect for a weekend in cape cod!

The place is quite small but just what we needed for a quick getaway. Very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy once we realized we were at the correct place. Outside pictures would have made this a bit easier. A short walk to the beach. Easy driving to area attractions and restaurants. Overall a nice location and place to stay.

This place served its purpose! It was smaller than I expected (the bathroom especially), and we were unable to get fresh towels on the weekend. I really like the natural light and appreciate the fact that they have an iron & steamer. It is ateps away from the beach, but not particularly close to shops/ restaurants.
