Lovely Townhouse in the gated community of Hot Springs Village. Our home has spacious and comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests in a 1300 sq ft 2 story unit. Enjoy a lrg living/dining area, fully equipped Kitchen, laundry room & 1/2 bath down. Upstairs are a King Main & 2 Twin guest room with 2 1/2 baths and an adjoining shower. A covered deck overlooks the trees. Definitely peaceful & relaxing with peek-a-boo views of Lake Desoto. Only 15 miles to Historic Hot Springs.

Golf trip

Went to Hot Springs Village for golf. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The king size bed was very comfortable to our liking.

Great Getaway

Very nice property! Very nice covered porch/deck with a view of the lake. Everything you need is available in the unit plus some. Can’t wait to return.

Quit & peaceful home

We stayed a few days during spring break. The weather was perfect and we got to spend a lot of time on the back deck. We would recommend this home to anybody who is interested.

Great place to stay, peaceful neighborhood/are

Great space for a few people; awesome neighborhood/area; good restaurants and great places to hike close by; 30 min to Hot Springs and National Park. Beautiful area, lovely hosts and we highly recommend!

Relaxing Stay!

Nicely furnished townhome in lovely wooded setting. Enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon drinks on the patio overlooking the woods. Comfortable beds.

Great quiet clean safe condo for weekend getaway!

Brought our 13 year old here for a quick solo birthday trip with us. She wanted to check out Coleman’s and Crater Diamond so this was a great location. We absolutely loved the home. Plenty of space for the 3 of us (could have easily brought 2 more kiddos) and super cute and comfy. Owners even checked with us first morning to make sure we arrived with no trouble. Clear explanations on how to enter the gates and directions. We loved the deck! So quiet and peaceful each morning. Thank you!!

Peaceful experience.

The property was more than described. It was clean, and had everything we needed. We so enjoyed the beautiful lake view and sitting on the porch enjoying the serene, peaceful location.

family vacation

We rented this lovely condo for family visiting from Iowa. there were 2 boys, ages 10 and 11, who fished 24/7, and couldn't have been happier with the location.

Pickleball Weekend

Great place to stay and relax. The “2 1/2 bath” did not accurately define the bathrooms. Upstairs has a “Jack and Jill” bath that shares a shower so there is only 1 shower in the townhouse. We made it work and would stay there again.

Great location for a little reunion

We stayed at this very nice property to be close to several friends from high school (a long time ago). The unit looked freshly renovated and was in excellent condition. There is a nice covered patio as well .we stayed for 6 nights and all we needed was food. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans and food preparation equipment. We’ll be back next year!

Oasis in a stressful time

We were in town to help an elderly relative who entered hospice while we were there. The condo and it's environs were a needed place of peace, order and beauty to retreat to each day. We loved taking the short walk to the lake -- took our lunch with us once and would have done that more if we had been able. The owners were very responsive to our needs.

Eclipse getaway

We chose to go to hot springs for the eclipse and totality. This village was about 20 mins from downtown hot springs and was perfect! We were able to do some hiking and they had a rec center where you could play mini golf, pickleball, playground etc. It was in a great location for state parks all around ya. The area was amazing. Food choices galore. It was perfect for us and we will be definitely going back to do some more exploring! The hosts had very timely communication and were also helpful with things to do around the area. Wish I would have known how many golf courses were located by the property! 5 stars all the way! Oh and the totality was amazing!
