This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip but still want to be close to everything. The jacuzzi tub was one of the highlights as well as the view. I will be staying here the next time I am in Las Vegas.

Great location

The room was very clean and the hot tub is amazing. Location to restaurants in or around the MGM is very good. Views of the strip and the. High roller are really nice at night! Second time staying and will hopefully be able to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy. Room was spacious. We enjoyed the jetted tub. The shower had excellent water pressure. Great location. We can’t wait to visit again!

Week long stay

Didnt get to enjoy the pools because our schedule was jam packed, but everything was great. Maria answered all my questions promptly and the bed was very comfortable.

Great place

This is my 2nd time staying at the MGM Signature! I like that the location is a few blocks from the Strip so you don't get the noise and Hussel & bussel of the crowds. The room was as described and check in and out was a breeze!

Best Stay in Vegas!

My sister and I had the best time in Vegas and most of this wa a made possible because of where we stayed. The owners were amazing!! Checking in with us to see how the stay was going and making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay that much more enjoyable. The location is fantastic also! Located near so many good restaurants, bars and the strip! Definitely coming back to stay here in the not so distant future.

Nice Condo convenient location for to all the action.

Stayed 4 nights to catch a football game and have some fun. Great pool area and convenient deli for lunch and breakfast. Bit of walk to the main MGM building and restaurants/shows/bars/casino. Not a bad thing after a day of over eating and drinking. We took an Uber to Allegiant but did walk back from the stadium with thousands of others.

Stayed for a week of Las Vegas fun

We loved how nice the hotel was. It is a bit of a walk to the MGM Grand from the tower 3. When you are staying in the tower 3 the miracle mile ahops is right out to the left of thw driveway. If you leave the tower 3 by the front desk then turn to the left and you will find the mall. There is a very inexpensive but amazing place to eat breakfast versus the delight or starbucks in hotel. We enjoyed our stay very immense.

Excellent stay

Beautiful and safe location with a ton of amenities. On the strip and close to the action yet you can still get away and relax in your sanctuary. I loved the jetted tub. Excellent communication with property manager. Valets and front gate gate security guys were helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here over the Bellagio or other big name hotel on the strip. Overall was an excellent trip and will definitely book again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic non-gaming non-smoking property at MGM

The MGM Signature Towers, on the MGM property, are non-gaming, non-smoking, condo-like apartments. This one was beautifully maintained, had everything we needed, and working with the owners was seamless and easy. Short walk to MGM casino itself, or to Cosmopolitan on the strip, for example. A peaceful place to stay compared to a casino hotel. Downstairs you have a quality cafe, fitness room, and Starbucks. Will absolutely stay here again.

Really nice room, with excellent value. The bad side is not enough parking and I had to park in the MGM Grand lot about 1/4 mile away one night. It was also tough to get in my first night with a long line of cars. The room was great though.

Good times

Enjoyed a great week in Vegas . The only negative was there was no keurig to make my own coffee and the condo is about .40 mile away from the actual casino. It was ALOT of walking to and from the location. So bring your walking shoes! Good views, good customer service and nice to be tucked away from the hustle of the night life. Thank you!

Great stay

We love this property. The room is spacious and we enjoy having the small kitchen. Due to Covid we were not able to use the pool at the MGM and we had to request dishes and pans. The location is convenient and when we did rent a car, the valet parking was great. It was actually really nice to take your own food and drinks to the pool, due to the pool bars being closed. The windows need a cleaning but on the 27th floor I'm sure that's expensive. We will stay here again!

Great location at an awesome price. Paid half of what the hotels one block away on the strip were charging and we had a full kitchen and king-size bed with a jacuzzi-tub and free valet parking. You can't beat that. View of the strip and Sphere was cool. Walk to the heart of the strip (Aria-Cosmo-Planet Hollywood) only took 6 mins. Easy check in and checkout. Room was clean and spacious. Communication from Maria was excellent. Wife was very happy. 10/10 would stay there again.

AWESOME!

This property is AWESOME and it looks just like the pics. I was impressed with the space of the unit, especially the bath room. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and they kept us informed on what to do and things to do. The location is pretty good but you're a nice little hike away from the strip. You can walk thru to the MGM but that's a pretty long walk and then you're actually 2 blocks further from the middle. Even walking to the monorail was a bit of a hike but not too bad. It looks like they recently moved or changed furniture because there were imprints on the carpet with stains and it looked like furniture was moved. The only other thing I would say is the room needs a deep cleaning. It's not dirty by any means. But the high touch areas on the wall (around light fixtures), doors (around knobs) and areas like that could be cleaned. Other than that, it's a very clean unit. I wish I didn't have to call down for dishes but it was nice to be able to get them. Also wished they had napkins or paper towels in the room. We also had to call down for towels. It would be nice if there were extra sets in the room. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.
