Rome awaits you in this brilliantly designed loft! It is spread over 2 levels separating living and sleeping areas, bright and quiet with a view over the rooftops. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, heat food and live as if it were your own home. There is a comfortable corner equipped for breakfast and an extendable table for up to 6 people, where you can eat or work comfortably thanks to the ultra-fast fibre wifi connection. The bedroom, on the upper floor, is connected to the living area by a wooden and steel staircase but separated to ensure privacy. The bed is very comfortable thanks also to a soft topper. The house is quiet, airy and bright overlooking the rooftops of Rome. Living in our house you will fall in love with Rome! Enjoy the convenience of amenities such as air conditioning, WiFi and washing machine. Experience the magic of Rome in the Prati district, strategically located to experience the historic centre of the city. Excellently connected to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports with a shuttle service. 5 minutes walking from/to the metro.

Wonderful Stay with Accommodating Guests

Wonderful property in Rome that is walking distance from most of the major things you’d want to see (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Vatican etc). It’s also close to a metro that hits all the major spots.The place is very clean. It has a nice upstairs loft area and a kitchenette that you can use at your convenience.Best of all, the hosts were great. They were very good at communicating, making us feel welcome, and very accommodating re extra bed sheets for the sofa bed and check out timing.I highly recommend this property for anyone hoping to visit Rome, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Wir haben eine unvergessliche Zeit im Alborelli Loft verbracht. Roberta und Luigi sind außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfreiche Gastgeber, die uns bei allen Fragen sofort sehr ausführlich geantwortet haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet, hat eine fantastische Lage und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Gleich gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt aber auch wunderbare lokale Geschäfte und unzählige tolle Restaurants. Alle bedeutenden Sehenswürdigkeiten Rom sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Viertel ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig, die Wohnung liegt hoch oben über den Dächern und von der Straße weg, wir konnten also wunderbar ruhig schlafen. Roberta und Luigi gaben uns gezielte Tips und so wurden jeder unserer Tage hier zu einem Highlight. Herzlichen Dank an die Beiden!

I was born in Sicily a beautifull island in Italy! am a manager of a multinational company and I travel a lot for work, opening the doors of my home to others for me means further broadening the knowledge of cultures different from mine and new people. That's why I tried to do my best by offering my loft to hospitality! For me, hosting means opening the doors of one's home to others, welcoming, listening, making people feel comfortable and at home, caring that everything is as we would like it to be for ourselves, imagining the needs of those who inhabit a home and trying to prevent them.

Via Germanico PRATI - Our loft street is quiet, elegant and full of everything you want: famous monuments, museums, excellent gastronomic offerings.
Connections from FIUMICINO and CIAMPINO Airports and from CIVITAVECCHIA PORT;
1) SHUTTLE (sitbusshuttle) A/R from Fiumicino Airport Terminal T3 , Stall12, Rome VATICANO stop in VIA CRESCENZIO. Departures daily, every hour. The trip takes about 45 min.
From Via Crescenzio walk to our loft at 184 Via Germanico in 7 minutes.
TRAIN: Take Leonardo train from Fiumicino Airport to Rome TERMINI. every 20 min., travel time is 30 min. Take Metro TERMINI/LEPANTO then 7 min. walk to loft
THE PALAZZACCIO: Supreme Court of Cassation, houses the Central Law Library
MUSEI VATICANI/S. PIETRO: 10-minute walk
CASTEL SANT'ANGELO: From 123 A.D. Sepulchre of Emperor Hadrian and his family, It was later a fortified outpost, prison and splendid Renaissance mansion that saw Michelangelo active, from a Risorgimento prison to a museum.
MUSEUM OF THE ARA PACIS
BORGO PIO: small hamlet to be discovered on foot, It is located between St. Peter's Basilica, Castel Sant'Angelo. The street is pedestrian and paved with sanpietrini, as are the narrow streets while the buildings have a medieval look
SACRED HEART CHURCH OF THE INTERCESSION: almost a small Milan Cathedral, neo-Gothic style.
WHERE AND WHAT TO EAT: Under the house or in the immediate vicinity there is an excellent totally gluten free restaurant, one of the most famous pizzerias by the slice in Rome, a Sicilian gelateria not to be missed! Also pizzerias offering Roman (thin) and Neapolitan (soft) pizza, traditional restaurants, wine bars of the highest level! Restaurants, pizzerias and bars are open until late. There are also magnificent hotel terraces where you can have a drink or eat while enjoying breathtaking views of Rome's monuments

Our Loft is located on the top floor of an ancient building, it is very bright, airy and quiet. It is special that you can live in a unique apartment, with a very modern architectural structure but in a historic environment, with an internal staircase that creates a connection between the living and sleeping areas interconnected but at the same time separated, to enjoy the right privacy. The furnishings combine functionality with aesthetics. The bedroom is enhanced by the presence of an exposed wooden beam, original from 1890, when the building was built. Living in our loft you will fall in love with it and will not forget your Roman vacation!
