Welcome to your home away from home. Step into a space that's more than just a place to stay. It's a cozy retreat designed with comfort and character in mind. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or recharge, our home offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in.

Welcome to Cozy House in Austin a spacious, welcoming home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house includes multiple flat‑screen TVs, complimentary Wi‑Fi, and both private and street parking on site. The property is non‑smoking indoors; a designated smoking area is available on the back porch.

This house was perfect for us! Location was great, house was clean, and beds were cozy. Had all the amenities we needed. Also, the hostess, Tamara, was very helpful and quick to respond any time we had a question or needed something.

The host was very welcoming, accommodating our stay with coffee, teas, and fresh towels. The check in and check out instructions were very clear. I was able to find everything I needed in the kitchen to cook meals and the location was very convenient. I recommend this stay for a family or a group of people.

Great place to stay! My family enjoyed the game table and games that were available. The outdoor patio was great too!! We were able to grill, have adult drinks and play cornhole. We missed the Emma long park as they were sold out so just make sure if you are headed there tickets must be purchased online for weekends now.

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy House! The home was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt welcoming and made for a relaxing stay.Beds comfortable, very nice bath towels and washcloths!! If you need something in this area, we highly recommend!
