Welcome to Cozy House in Austin a spacious, welcoming home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house includes multiple flat‑screen TVs, complimentary Wi‑Fi, and both private and street parking on site. The property is non‑smoking indoors; a designated smoking area is available on the back porch.

The host was very welcoming, accommodating our stay with coffee, teas, and fresh towels. The check in and check out instructions were very clear. Great place to stay! My family enjoyed the game table and games that were available. The outdoor patio was great too!! We were able to grill, have adult drinks and play cornhole. We missed the Emma long park as they were sold out so just make sure if you are headed there tickets must be purchased online for weekends now.
