Lovely Home in Nice Area

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family in the area. The home is extremely comfortable, well appointed, and meticulously maintained. Communication with the property managers was easy and prompt. We appreciated having a full kitchen to prepare some meals, close proximity to beaches, shopping, and all that the Scarborough/Portland/Old Orchard Beach area has to offer. In addition to what is shown in the listing photos, each bedroom has a chest of drawers and sturdy luggage rack. Guests also have access to closets in the bedrooms and cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, allowing you to unpack and settle in. While the AC is via three window units and two silent standing fans, we were comfortable during a week of temperatures up to 90 degrees.

We loved staying here. So convenient to everything, yet very private. We could be to the beach in 5 minutes or to Portland in 20-30 minutes. I loved that there were 4 large beach towels, two beach chairs, along with sand toys, and an umbrella. It made the beach experience so much better. I was also impressed at how well stocked the property was. Usually you have to buy supplies, this place was even well stocked with coffee! . It was exceptionally clean. The window air conditioners worked wonderfully and the oscillating fan helped keep the air moving. We would definitely stay here again.
