Sleeping accommodations include 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 2 full beds, (Up to 13) Guests will find their rooms spacious and comfortable. The home also features 4.5 bathrooms with Tubs, Showers, hair dryers and more. A first floor game/ TV room with a sofa bed can double as an extra sleeping area. A bright Sunroom, large Deck, stone Patio and upper Balcony share a perfect backyard and Pond view. Enjoy the amenities like the nearby pools, boat/kayak launch, sports courts, trails, and a fitness room, and Tot-Lot during your stay. There is an outside shower, Gas Firepit and Grill with large yard providing lots of green space for sports games and plenty of Family fun competition, A fully equipped Kitchen with bar and cafe seating as well as a formal dining area offer a choice for Family meals. A large family room connects to the Kitchen and Sunroom offering plenty of comfort seating to chill, read, or just enjoy the water view. All 2nd.flr.bedrooms have private 3 pc. Bath's (including a spacious secondary suite with access to a private Balcony). The 1st flr. Primary Suite has access to the Deck and a luxurious Bath with large separate shower, jetted tub and double vanities. Our TV game room has PS 3 and plenty of board games w/ table and seating. The Garage / Game Room has a Pool table and a Ping Pong Table, bar seating, fridge / microwave and is a favorite hangout. Plenty of space for parking in the drive and plenty of level streets for biking, walking or jogging. Our peaceful private front porch is a great place to take a break have a morning coffee or an evening cocktail while enjoying the ocean breeze. We are centrally located just 3.5 miles to the beach at Fenwick, 8.5 miles to Bethany and 4.5 miles to the Ocean City boardwalk. Plenty of coffee / sandwich shops, seafood and steakhouse restaurants nearby. Local and outlet shopping galore. Lots of destinations to visit at the Island, inland and on the water. Our pet fee is $150 ( for approved pet dog only ) Our additional guest fee ( for count over 12 ) is $150 /stay and our amenities fee is $150 for rentals less than 7 night stay.
