The place is very clean and comfortable. We especially liked being in a quiet neighborhood as opposed to busy downtown area! Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful, clean and cozy space, great location within walking distance of downtown Ballard and the waterfront, and all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely book this again!

This was an absolutely lovely spot to stay while in Ballard. It was impressively spacious and set up with a lot of care and attention. I especially appreciated: the big, cozy bed; the variety of spaces for remote work; the off-street parking; the beautifully equipped kitchen; and that awesome bathtub. All around an enjoyable, convenient stay!

Very comfortable stay

Enjoyed our stay in Seattle! Clean, spacious and easy to communicate with owner. Backyard patio could use a bit of TLC (weeding, sweeping) but nicely arranged with umbrella table and chairs. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Weekend on Ballard

A perfect location, comfy bed and shower. My only negative of this experience is that when I checked in, the garbage bag was full of waste in the bathroom, which I didn’t love. Otherwise it was nice!

We had a home reno that required we clear out for a few days. I chose this place as it was close to our home, but I will definitely rent this unit again when family comes to town. Situated in Ballard it’s close to everything and bus lines, but comes with parking too. The unit is clean, inviting, with great updates. The bedrooms are spacious and the den and bedding was cozy. Kitchen had everything one needs for meals. The bathroom is darling and has a shower and great soaking tub. There’s a patio off one of the bedrooms that offers a great outdoor space. The owner was accommodating and offered great communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
