Before stepping into vacation rentals, I owned a little coffee shop called The Salty Bean, where I got to connect with people every day over good stories and better coffee. That same spirit of hospitality carries into this home. As a family man, I’ve designed this space with comfort, fun, and connection in mind—just the way I’d want it for my own. I love being a host because it gives me the chance to share a little slice of North Topsail and help families create memories that last a lifetime.

Families love the wide, quiet beaches—perfect for building sandcastles, flying kites, or watching pelicans glide by. Mornings begin with soft ocean breezes and barefoot beach walks, and evenings bring glowing sunsets over the sound. It’s a place where kids can roam safely and time seems to slow down—our favorite kind of family tradition.
